If this is how they fare against early game Skaven, what are they supposed to do against stuff like Dark Elves and Dwarfs? Anti-Infantry doesn't seem very good when said cavalry isn't supposed to stay in prolonged combat. Every time I charge them, they just bounce off, get swarmed, and die in droves. Did they get a nerf or something lately? I havent played High Elves for a while, but I remember Dragon Princes being at least semi-competent shock cavalry. The armor piercing night runners tear everything I have to shreds, and the Dragon Princes do absolutely nothing.
And while all this happens, Im not getting any income whatsoever.
Every time I destroy a 20 stack, they have two more on the other side of the province I'm currently on, either raiding, taking a settlement, or both. Imrik doesn't have anything like that, and I'm constantly stuck trying to stop them from taking my settlements, only to use the underway to move around and immediately take another one. They move far faster than i ever could with the underway, and the chance of intercepting is so pathetic that it seems save scumming is the only way to deal with it. They declare war on me instantly (I've tested three campaigns, the second they meet my faction, they declare war, every single time), and I'm completely helpless against them. However.the moment I even see Eshin on the map, everything hits a brick wall. Use the early game dragon princes with the usual high elf spearmen/archers, do those dragon events when you get them, spam the hell out of that mage you start off with.
